Just opening the news, across Europe, education systems are facing growing pressures. In France, Parcoursup highlights the challenges of allocating places in higher education. In Belgium, Portugal and Italy, debates around education, working conditions, access and resources reflect broader questions about the future of education.
Different countries, different circumstances but a shared challenge: how do we make quality education accessible, sustainable and relevant to the next generation?

And what does this mean for universities and student recruitment?๐ŸŽฏ

As we are involved in this part, I wanted to share 3 ideas worth exploring:
Students are not just applicants or enrolment figures. Their experiences, concerns and expectations should help shape how institutions communicate, design services and improve the student experience. We try to reveal these through our authentic testimonials in our webinars including pollings, surveys and an ยดintent frameworkยด.

From reducing administrative workloads to providing more personalised guidance, AI could help educators spend more time on what matters most: teaching, mentoring and supporting students.

Before focusing exclusively on expanding provision, universities and education systems should explore how existing resources, digital learning, partnerships and underused capacity can improve access and opportunity.

Because recruitment doesnยดt happen in isolation. Admissions pressures, affordability, access to guidance and perceptions of educational quality all influence how students assess their options. We try to help beyond just promoting programmes, by demonstrating relevance, building trust and trying to show the real experience.
And maybe that a certain program is not for everyone… and thatยดs ok.

As itยดs not about how we attract more students, but to connect the right student with the right University/ program.

Resources, standing out, conveying the student experience or turning leads into enrolments?
