Thank you! We've successfully received your message!

Everything went well.

The interaction with all staff at Web2Present has been a pleasure. They were able to exceed the number of registrations targeted and the University was able to reach candidates in nontraditional markets.

The colleague in Web2Present is quite responsible and helpful; the result from candidates is statisfied. Overall it is nice, but the connection of the webinar from us is not good, which affect the final results is not satisfied. from our side, we will prepare one more laptop as backup and test the internet even much earlier than we did in previous time. Simon helps us a lot during the webinar, he is responsible and efficient. let us figure out some optional ways of the connection of laptop from our side.

I was satisfied by Web2Present assistance and support.

“Very professional and efficient services”

Web2Present is extremely professional and prepared. It is a pleasure working with them.

“Very collaborative, supportive and friendly team. They respond directly to any query or concern. Their service is of very good quality and they are very efficient in their work.”

Easy contact with producer and marketing. Good quality. Result of the webinar is not to rate at the moment. Also the marketing result is difficult to judge.

In July 2016 we hosted a Graduate Studies Webinar in Russian. Four attendees from Russia and Ukraine that registered for the event through Web2Present are now currently enrolled at Centennial College!  Proven results and a friendly and engaged client support team make Web2Present an excellent partner in International Digital Recruitment. The importance of good partners is essential to any recruitment plan. Web2Present helps Centennial College cover more marketing and recruitment ground online.

Great producers and communication.

Professional execution of the webinar. Outsourced marketing and recruitment for the event was great. Hopefully we’ll get a few applications out of this.

All went smoothly and was greatly taken care of.

I think overall everything has gone very smoothly, both communication wise with all the different people involved and the whole production of the webinar has also been very professional.

Pertinent promotional tool, New targeted students, Nice and professional collaboration with the team of Web2present.

Very professional help.

“Easiness and efficiency”

Very good organization and support! Great job! Do you also organize on campus events? If not, you may start thinking about this option. We would be interested.

Excellent interaction and punctuality, Good technical infrastructure, Participants coming from a broad area…

Professional

Very good organisation and structure of the webinar and professionalism. Very nice experience and nice content for our interested candidates.

The webinar was done professionally, the producer was organized, interactive and able to lead the speakers well. The dry run and briefing before webinar was good that it helps us to prepare better and expect scenarios that may occur during the webinar. It would be great if we could reach more registrants for a higher conversion on viewers.  Please note that there was no sound on the FB Live video.

I think it is really professional. I would have been more satisfied if I had got information about the proceeding of the marketing campaign, say, in every two week we would see how many registrations done already till that time.

Well everything has just gone so smoothly. Simon made it all so easy and helped and encouraged us at every stage We do not yet know the real results of course. We need to wait a few months to see that!

Simon was great to work with – he really was concerned about us all being able to present with our individual technologies, and he spent extra time to make sure that happened. This resulted in a positive experience for us and a high-quality outcome.

The collaboration with the Web2Present team is always smooth and we enjoy working with them. For each seminar they make sure that we are well prepared and briefed to guarantee a smooth webinar with no technical hick-ups. The webinar production is of a high quality and each webinar a lot of new leads are generated.

Good product, serious workers.

I would recommend the webinar to other colleagues.

Useful and informative event. It answers all the applicant’s inquiries.

I would recommend Web2Presentbecause of your professionality and the quality of the services you offer, not only during the live webinar but also in the month before during the promotion and the setting of the webinar. I would recommend you to another university for the increasing of interested contacts.

The team is very responsive, we get a good number of registrations per webinar which keeps the CPL reasonable. Good service, qualified students. No brainer.

Some questions are difficult to answer as we do not know yet what the real results for us are. However, communication and everything else with your team was perfect.

Everything has gone smoothly; the webinar software is great and the technical support from Web2Present is also great.

The videos streamed during the webinar have been converted for slow/medium internet speed, but were lossy and so the quality was not ideal. Everything else was good and very professional.

The process of setting up the seminar, the support received, the delivery was simple, flawless… and fun! The feedback is effective and well presented.  Great experience to be renewed with you.

Professional output and caring for the needs of the client.

It gave Trinity Business School exposure to various countries across the globe that we otherwise might not have been able to reach

I appreciate how you effectively communicated your needs, and what I could expect and the methods of delivery. Once I supplied the resources, your team was very efficient in implementing, and operated pretty independently (I appreciate that there was minimal back and forth). Your overall communication was amazing, and comparing this webinar to others I have run with other organizations, this was the easiest on my end.

Great way to get in contact with new prospective students.

The quality of leads were on an average better than most other sources.

The Webinar went very well and was well-organized as well as well-moderated. Support from everybody was always very helpful and friendly. The provided data is very useful. We consider it a great service to have a recording online for half a year.

“We experienced that for the English speaking programs the results are better than for the Spanish ones. We are happy with your work, though.”

Very professional staff and thorough follow-up and preparation for the event. We had a good mix of new and existing prospects register for and attend the webinar.

Technical support very good. Good results in marketing and audience in target.
