Reflections from NAFSA Conference (San Diego, US)

‘Like trees with deep roots you do not need to fear the wind’

Which we were reminded of by the President of NAFSA (Association of International Educators) in these turbulent

times. As you are likely also affected, I share the slogan´s 3 p’s:

🎯 Purpose: ‘when you can’t take things for granted, you dont find it but it finds us, just stay perceptive’.

🏠 Place: it’s where you become (the best version of) who you are at that time: Universities should be that for ALL students.

Let´s do what we can to provide this.

🤜🏻 Partnership: don’t do things alone, you learn when listening and focus on value.

and I like to add Play: have fun while working on the above 🤠

Let´s connect and collaborate to make it happen! 🙌
